Mr. Teza Ngulube is a sound Retail Banker with over 14 years’ experience spanning risk management, operations, sales and governance and digital innovation.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Ngulube served as Chief Digital Banking Officer and later as Head of Retail Banking at Zanaco. While in his role as Chief Digital Baking Officer, he was instrumental in reshaping Zanaco’s digital strategy.
Mr. Ngulube also worked for Standard Chartered Bank Zambia in various retail banking roles and where he gained international experience from Standard Chartered Bank Tanzania as General Manager Distribution and Standard Chartered Bank Singapore where he served Group Distribution Transformation Manager.
