Ms. Helen Lunda is a transformational leader with over 30 years’ experience in Banking and Finance. She joined Finance Bank in 2011 as Executive Director Corporate, Retail and Marketing, in which period she re-positioned the Bank to the top five overall in PAT and balance sheet size. Subsequently, as Country Head Retail and Business Banking, she played a pivotal role in the successful merger of Finance Bank and African Banking Zambia Limited T/A Atlas Mara.
Prior to this, Ms. Lunda worked for Barclays for 27 years with her last role being Emerging Markets Head.
She holds a Master of Science in Strategic Planning, Master of Business Administration, both from Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh Business School, a Bachelor of Science in Financial Services from the University of Manchester. She is currently the Executive Director – Commercial Banking and Public Sector for Access Bank Zambia Limited.
