Eric Ngwenya is an Accredited Certified Compliance professional with over 8 years’ experience in Compliance Risk. His 15 years in the banking sector spans across various units amongst which include Accounts, Retail, Operations and Risk Management Enterprise.
Mr. Ngwenya has strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations relating to compliance and takes a proactive approach in identifying and mitigating risks to ensure ethical and responsible institutional operations.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Diplomas in Accounts and Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Relationship Management, respectively.
Prior to joining Access Bank Zambia, Eric served as Compliance Manager at Zambia National Building Society (ZNBS). He also served in the same capacity at Cavmont Bank and MTN Zambia.
