Mr. Chresta Kaluba is a seasoned financial management and risk management expert with extensive experience establishing and managing risk management functions in the banking sector.
Mr. Kaluba set up enterprise risk management frameworks and functions for First Capital Bank where he worked for slightly over a year and Cavmont Bank where he worked for four years. Before joining Cavmont Bank, he worked for First National Bank in the Treasury Operations Department before taking on the responsibility of establishing and managing the Risk and Finance function within the Treasury Department.
He is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CIMA) with an MSc in Strategic Business Management from Manchester Metropolitan University, an MSc in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wales and a BSc in Production Management from the Copperbelt University in Zambia.
