Mildred Kaunda is the Founder and Principal Consultant of, Cutting Edge PR, a strategic communications agency. She is a result oriented senior executive with over 30 years’ experience in communications, integrated marketing communications, reputation management and financial services across Sub-Saharan Africa, having worked and lived in Southern, East and West Africa. Ms. Kaunda previously worked in various international financial institutions, including Investec, Standard Corporate and Merchant Bank, Trade and Development Bank (formerly PTA Bank) and Deloitte.
Director Kaunda serves as a non-executive director on other boards, chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Risk Management, Credit and Finance and Nominations and Remuneration committees of Access Bank Zambia.
Ms. Kaunda holds an MBA from the Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne, Australia, and a Bachelor of Arts, Economics Cum Laude (Fisk University, USA).
She is a Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Public Relations and Communication (ZIPRC), a Senior Member of the International Public Relations Association (IPRA) and a Chartered Public Relations Practitioner (CPRP) of the Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa (PRISA).
