Chukwuma Ajene was appointed Group Head of Africa Strategy in 2020. He has over 14 years’ experience in banking and holds an MBA from the Harvard University, USA, and a BBA from Howard University.
Prior to joining Access Bank PLC, Mr. Ajene was Director for Strategic Investments, Financing and Corporate Development at Atlas Mara, Dubai. He also served as Associate at Deutsche Bank, London, and investment Analyst at International Finance Corporation (IFC), Washington, DC. Mr. Ajene also worked as an Analyst Corporate Finance at Goldman Sachs, New York, USA.
