Dr. Martin Lisati Chasha brings more than 20 years of extensive experience in Human Resources, having launched his career as a Graduate Management Trainee with Zambian Breweries and subsequently held several senior roles within the field.
Dr. Chasha’s leadership in the banking sector spans nine years, including positions such as Assistant Director Human Resource - Administration and Organisational Effectiveness at Bank of Zambia, and Head of Human Resource at both Investrust Bank Plc and Cavmont Bank Limited. He has also served as Director of Human Resources at Zambia Airports Corporation Limited.
Academically, he holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, complemented by dual Master’s degrees, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science in Strategic Planning. In addition, he possesses a Postgraduate Diploma and a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Dr. Chasha is a Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management and a member of the Institute of Directors of Zambia (IoDZ) as well as the Economics Association of Zambia.
