Requirements for Account Opening

  • Duly completed account opening form including signature mandate section
  • Valid means of identification e.g. National Identity Card, Driver’s License, Work I.D
  • 1 passport photographs
  • Reference letter from an existing Account holders, Employers introductory letter
  • Valid proof of residence or commissioned affidavit by Lawyer / Commissioner of oath, Chiefs, Church Ministers.
  • AML Risk assessment
  • FATCA forms for US citizen (if applicable)
  • TPIN certificate
