Mr. Noah Amaefule is a results-driven technology leader with close to two decades of experience in banking technology strategy, operations, and transformation. He joined Access Bank Zambia in 2014 as Head of Information Technology, where he drove critical initiatives such as core banking upgrade, SD-WAN migration, and the integration of systems during the Cavmont Bank and Atlas Mara mergers.
In 2024, he assumed the role of Head of IT Projects and Digital Transformation, establishing the Bank’s IT governance framework and leading a high-performing PMO to deliver impactful, enterprise-wide projects. He currently serves as Acting Chief.
