Head – Customer Experience

Mr. Nicholas Chikunjiko Muneku is an accomplished banking professional with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Atlas Mara where he served as Head of Customer Experience, he was Head of Customer Service at Barclays Bank Zambia.

With over 25 years in senior management roles and demonstrated leadership across key areas including Retail Banking, Operations, Card Acquiring, and Digital Channels, Mr. Muneku’s extensive experience has positioned him as a strategic driver of customer-centric initiatives and operational excellence within the banking sector.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Edith Cowan University, Australia, underscoring his commitment to continuous professional development.
