With over 25 years in senior management roles and demonstrated leadership across key areas including Retail Banking, Operations, Card Acquiring, and Digital Channels, Mr. Muneku’s extensive experience has positioned him as a strategic driver of customer-centric initiatives and operational excellence within the banking sector.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Edith Cowan University, Australia, underscoring his commitment to continuous professional development.
