Alice Kalufyanya-Mwila is a communications strategist with over 15 years of diverse sector experience, recognised for her expertise in reputation management, strategic advisory, and stakeholder engagement. She specialises in translating complex issues into clear, credible messaging that drives measurable impact.
Before joining Access Bank Zambia, Alice served as Communications Advisor at Cowater International, where she led high-level communication strategies for multi-stakeholder programmes in public financial management, domestic revenue mobilisation and national energy sector reforms, working closely with government, regulators and international partners.
Alice has also supported corporate communications for leading multinational brands, including Coca-Cola, British Airways, and Cargill, as well as the European Union (EU), where she completed a six-month assignment to develop the EU’s communications strategy for Zambia and manage their online platforms. She has led large-scale public engagement and reputation management campaigns that strengthened institutional credibility and stakeholder trust across public and private sector environments.
Alice holds an MBA in Organisational Leadership from the University of Zambia and a Bachelor of Communications from Eden Cowan University, Australia. She is also a member of the Zambia Institute of Public Relations and Communications (ZIPRC).
